NEW NY GOV Poll: Kathy Hochul has 15%pt lead over Lee Zeldin

A new statewide survey of New York likely voters conducted by Bold Decision shows Democrat Kathy Hochul with a 15 percentage point lead over Republican Lee Zeldin in the race for Governor. Hochul secures an outright majority (52%) while Zeldin has one third (37%), and 12% undecided.
Hochul bests Zeldin on ‘strength of support’: 44% say they would “definitely” vote for Hochul versus 31% who say they would “definitely” vote for Zeldin.
SURVEY METHODOLOGY
Bold Decision conducted online interviews among N=1,204 New York 2022 general election likely voters (statewide) from Sunday, October 16 – Thursday, October 20, 2022. The margin of error is +/- 2.82% at the 95% confidence interval and higher for subgroups. Some findings may total more or less than 100% due to rounding.
